Once outside, you are presented with covered patio and courtyard providing room for kids games and family get togethers. From here you move through the tatami inspired walls and enter the Japanese Gardens. Evoking a walk in the hills of Hokkaido, you cross over a bridge, taking time to enjoy the variety of flowering shrubs and easily maintained trees, pausing to enjoy the Koi playing in the base pond.. Time in this garden sees your worries disappear.

Any information that was provided to you during your booking process cannot be accepted as a cause of complaint. ❤️ NO PARTY RULES and QUIET HOURS Our property is not suitable for parties and events. Please maintain quietness and respect our neighbors after 9PM. The neighbour will call either me, our local security patrol or the police if noise is excessive after 9 pm. ❤️ CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT instructions Check in instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your stay. Please remember to take a photo of the returned keys once you have checked out! ❤️ EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, extra early check-in fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding in advance! ❤️ LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST ONE DAY before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 10am, an extra late check-out fee will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check out confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping. ⭐️Please take the property key with you at all times. Lost Key/Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply at $200. Emergency locksmiths will be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from $200. ⭐️ If any items are damaged during in stay, please let us know promptly. ⭐️ When checking out, please ensure that the house is left in a clean and tidy condition. Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any breakages or damages incurred during their stay, as well as any additional cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning.

Located in the beautiful Dennis Lake/Daisy Hill Koala Park (tourist attraction) enclave only 19kms from Brisbane, a 30 minute drive to the beautiful Gold Coast/theme parks and only a five minute drive to the M1 freeway. Built by the Queensland Government as a dedicated koala education facility, the Daisy Hill Koala Centre was opened to the public in 1995, extensively refurbished in 2009 and in 2018. Nestled amongst eucalypt trees and featuring a large outdoor koala enclosure and many interactive displays, the Daisy Hill Koala Centre is a unique place to learn about koalas and their conservation. Admission is free. The Daisy Hill Conservation Park comprises 570ha of open eucalypt forest. It has long been a popular bushland retreat for people and is home to many native animals including koalas. Daisy Hill Koala Centre opening times Monday–Sunday: 10am–4pm Closed on Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Daisy Hill Regional Park opening times 7am–6.30pm, 15 October–14 March (summer). 7am–5.30pm, 15 March–14 October (winter).
